We collect information you provide directly to us, including: account registration information (name, email address, password); whiteboard content and recordings you create; video scripts and AI-generated content; organization and team membership data; payment and subscription information; and device information (IP address, browser type, operating system).

We use the information we collect to: provide, maintain, and improve our whiteboard and script creation services; process your AI prompt optimization requests; manage your organization and subscription plans; process transactions and send related information; monitor and analyze usage trends to improve user experience; and communicate with you about products, services, and updates.
4. Your Content
Whiteboard recordings, scripts, and other content you create belong to you. We store your content securely to provide the service. We do not use your content for training AI models. When you use our AI-powered script optimization features, your content is sent to third-party AI providers solely to fulfill your request and is not retained by them beyond processing.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the security of your personal information. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest using industry-standard encryption. Your account credentials are hashed and stored securely.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with: third-party AI service providers (only the data necessary to fulfill your AI optimization requests); payment processors for billing purposes; and cloud infrastructure providers who host our platform. All third parties are bound by data processing agreements.

We retain your account data and content for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data and content within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. AI optimization request logs are retained for 30 days for service quality purposes.

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
